Returns and exchanges

At Côte Basque Vintage our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the product is different from what you expected or the size received is not yours, this is our returns and exchanges policy.

Returns

You have 15 days to make the return from the moment you have received your order.

The return of the products will give rise to a refund equal to the purchase price of the returned product(s), unless a promotional purchase voucher has been used, in which case this will be discounted. The amount of shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.

To make a return, the product must be unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging.

In the case of defective products, or those that do not correspond to the order placed, you must make the return through our collection system.

To make the return you must follow the following steps:

1. Contact the customer service department via email info@cotebasquevintageshop.com, indicating the following information:
   • - Order number.
   • - Name and surname.
   • - Product you wish to return.
   • - Reason for the return.
2. Once we have received your return request, we will confirm, by email, within 1 to 3 business days, the instructions regarding the preparation of the package.
3. Once we receive the merchandise and check the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

Changes

If a product does not meet your expectations or you need a size change, you must process its return to obtain a refund, following our return instructions and proceed to make a new purchase if you are interested in another product or size. The conditions and prices in force at the time of purchase of the new product will apply.
